To fix an accidental drop:

Step 1:

On the DDA start page select the CC(4) as the the current table. In the Search CC section choose StudentID as the selection criteria and set it equal to the PowerSchool ID. You can find the PowerSchoolID in the teacher comments screen under the Academics section. (It is the number at the bottom of the Reporting Term window.)

Choose the button: Search all ### records in this table. Choose List View to see all the records for this student. The records will be listed by date, scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the current records. Once the correct records have been located, click on the record for each class and change the end date back to the last day of school, and delete the minus sign in the course name. You will need to do this for all the records (classes) for the affected quarter/semester/trimester.

Step 2:

On the DDA start page select the Students(1) as the the current table. In the Search Students section choose ID as the selection criteria and set it equal to the PowerSchool ID. You can find the PowerSchoolID in the teacher comments screen under the Academics section. (It is the number at the bottom of the Reporting Term window.)

Choose the button: Search all ### records in this table. Choose List View to see the record for this student. Change the enroll_status back to 0, ExitDate back to the last day of school, and remove the explanation for the drop. Call/email the Secretary to make sure it has been fixed correctly.
